Our client, an established nonprofit organization, is seeking a contract HR Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to their busy Human Resources Department. This is a great opportunity to showcase your HR skills and gain additional office experience.

About You:

  • 2+ years of relevant administrative experience
  • Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Day to Day:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Administrator of Human Resources and the HR department, including processing employment verifications and assisting with onboarding and recruiting procedures.
  • Assist with daily office administration
  • Maintain employee records within HRIS ensuring employee status is accurately tracked and updated as needed
  • Coordinate and provide administrative support for HR meetings and training sessions
