Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Legal PA to support a group in their NYC office. The hours are 9:30am-5:30pm (some flex for OT) and this role is hybrid with three days in the office and two days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Complete complex legal clerical work, analyze and process legal documents, and provide advanced legal secretarial support to attorneys
- Manage busy calendars, coordinate schedules, answer calls, and manage email inbox
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and car services
- Prepare client correspondence
- Process expenses and manage billing
- Organize client events ensure databases are kept up to date
Qualifications:
- 15+ years' experience supporting Partner level, global law firm experience a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; knowledge of iManage and 3E Elite a plus
- Highly organized and accurate professional capable of handling confidential/sensitive information with the utmost discretion
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $115K base depending on experience + OT + bonus
