Our client, a non-profit association, is seeking a Membership Services Representative to support their office in Washington, DC!
About You:
- 2+ years of membership/customer service/administrative experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred. FAA certificates/licenses a plus.
- Experience with association membership databases (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience with Google platform and Zendesk is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent customer service and written/oral communication skills.
- Ability to work 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
The Job:
- Serve as primary liaison/communication link with members and provide customer service by phone, email, and in-person.
- Handle member inquiries, respond to complaints, manage issues, maintain membership data base, and guide members to proper resources/people.
- Help process invoices/membership payments.
- Assist with front desk reception duties such as answering calls, signing for packages, sorting mail, etc..
- Work with other departments on membership-related activities and special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
