Our client, a global real estate firm, is seeking a Studio Manager to join their NYC team. The hours are 9am-5:30pm and this role is in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Create a hospitable and warm member experience
- Oversee staff: train, hire, and motivate team
- Assist with tours and lead generation; manage marketing platforms
- Manage new member onboarding, analyze feedback, and address any issues
- Oversee event planning: manage budget and execution
- Assist with member billing and invoice system
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5+ years of management experience in sales or operations
- Financial literacy and experience managing a team preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $65K-75K base depending one experience + bonus
