Our client, a real estate investment company, is looking for a Part-Time Concierge to join their team! This role pays $18/hr and is fully onsite. Shifts will be roughly 5 hours long.

Responsibilities:
* Support Marketing Team with the execution of special promotions, events and initiatives.
* Support Marketing promotions and events by contacting and developing relationships with retail associates and managers.
* Act as a liaison between all shoppers, visitors and retail/office tenants staff.
* Act as Concierge for visitors.
* Ensure that all concierge desk initiatives and annual goals are met.
* Answer all retail calls on both local and 800 customer service telephone lines to assist visitors with questions.
* Track and hold responsibility for all Concierge Desk items, including keys, documents and packages that are delivered and/or directed through the Concierge Desk.
* Validate parking tickets, explain parking rates and assist visitors in locating their appropriate garage entrance. Giving driving directions when needed.
* Assist visitors who are not fluent in English.
* Disseminate all customer comments/complaints to proper management personnel.
* Inventory and stocking of brochures and marketing and/or promotional tools.
* Create, update and stock visitor information documents for frequently asked questions by visitors.
* Create detailed reports tracking all interactions and traffic patterns observed during shift to pass on to CSS daily.
