Our client, a multi-strategy investment manager, is looking to hire a Temp to Perm Receptionist/Facilities Coordinator who will also assist with office management tasks. The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership, is enthusiastic about the role, and has previous reception experience. Responsibilities include answering the main phone line, meeting and greeting guests, overseeing the conference room calendar, setting up and breaking down meeting rooms, ordering catering, acting as a point of contact with building management, managing the pantries and supply closets across two floors, helping to organize events, and assisting with HR with projects. BA/BS required for this role. The hours are 8am-5pm with some flexibility for overtime. Salary is dependent on experience, 55-60K base, with paid OT, bonus, 100% benefits, and tuition reimbursement. Responsibilities:

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls
  • Oversee all back of the house pantry areas, ensuring they are clean, neat and organized
  • Restock pantries and kitchens
  • Monitor the operation and use of all office equipment, systems, and supplies
  • Oversee the purchasing of food, beverages, and office supplies
  • Deliver mail and monitor package deliveries
  • Manage scheduling of conference rooms
  • Ensure reception and all conference rooms are tidy and presentable
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of prior work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
  • Demonstrate a professional and customer service attitude with the ability to be flexible
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and be proactive
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic

Compensation:

  • 55K - 65K + Paid OT + Discretionary Bonus + Fully Paid Benefits
