Beacon Hill Associates is assisting our client with their search for a remote Commercial Lines Account Manager, located in Columbus, GA. In this position, you will play a vital role in maintaining and expanding client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This individual will work closely with clients, support staff, and insurance carriers to deliver tailored insurance solutions while also contributing to departmental projects and research efforts. The successful candidate will hold relevant insurance designations and licenses, demonstrating a commitment to professional. This is a contract-to-hire position
Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts, focusing on renewals and annual reviews.
- Mentor support staff and maintain carrier relationships.
- Contribute to department projects and E&O analysis.
- Manage the entire renewal process, including incidental marketing of accounts, preparation for marketing, and renewal summary and presentation/proposal preparation.
- Oversee the annual review process, including client meetings with Producers and/or Account Executives as needed, and provide counsel related to risk management.
- Offer recommendations to Producers, Account Executives, and clients regarding renewal carrier selection. Participate in client renewal presentation meetings and provide analytical opinions to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Hold CIC, CPCU, ARM, AIS, AIA, AAI, and/or CRM designations.
- Possess a Georgia Agents Property & Casualty Insurance License and Georgia Insurance Counselors License.
