Our client, a large nonprofit organization, is looking for a Facilities Manager to join their team. This role would work directly with the Director of Facilities to support all operations across their central region.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure facilities are fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
- Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work
- Oversee and manage the lease contract database
- Manage office space needs as demands dictate
- Manage new leases, lease negotiations, safety and security, office layouts and moves, and vendor relationships
- Supervise the central region staff
- Ensure office safety and security procedures are implemented
About You:
- Knowledge of OSHA and ADA guidelines
- 1+ years of facilities management experience
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently
