Our client is a software company located in Boston, MA seeking an Office Operations Coordinator. This role pays up to 24/hr depending on candidate experience, and is a contract that is slated to last at least 6 months with opportunity to extend and convert to a permanent role in 2024. Hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-2pm.

Job responsibilities:

-Supervise and monitor the work of administrative staff

-Serve as central point of contact for multiple executives

-Book transport and accommodations

-Manage major internal events, such as quarterly launches and holiday party

-Plan philanthropic events and activities for the staff throughout the year

-Serve as a subject matter expert for offsite meetings

-Handle general office budgets and vendor selection

-Oversee management of expense reports

-Serve as main point of contact on any office expansions or moves

-Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients

-Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems

Qualifications:

-At least 5 years of previous administrative experience

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Top-notch attention to detail
