Our client, a healthcare-focused non-profit, is currently seeking a temporary-to-hire Program Coordinator to provide support to one of their sub-teams!

About You:

• A bachelor's degree is required. Masters/Social Work degree is preferred for this role.
• 3+ years of programmatic or patient experience is required.
• Previous experience with a fundraising-focused organization is ideal.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; technologically savvy.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 2 days working at the Washington, DC office; open to occasional travel.

The Job:

• Create/manage an email and social media schedule for all fundraising events and development programs.
• Coordinate across various areas of patient/caregiver relations including research, resources, and other initiatives.
• Plan internal education and represent the community voice in discussions.
• Plan annual symposiums and attend events as the frontline contact for patients and caregivers.
• Manage and work with vendors on projects related to development needs.
• Complete additional tasks and provide support as needed.

This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $24/hr-$28/hr when temporary and a salary of $55K-$65K when permanent, depending on experience. If you are interested in this role, please apply today with your resume in Word format!
