A leading global event agency is looking to fill an Exhibitor Services Specialist position at their McCook location. They are looking for someone self-motivated, flexible, and proficient in customer service for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Enter orders and exhibitor information into billing database system
- Provide expert customer service for all customer needs
- Manage contact channels and fill-in for the exhibitor support team as needed
- Accurately direct custom request to appropriate channels
- Assist with invoicing
- Be the main point-of-contact for all customer orders
- Role will be required to work some weekends
About You:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Effectively adapts to changing work environments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Works effectively with others
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to travel to Chicagoland area events (up to 50% travel)
