A leading global event agency is looking to fill a Part Time Event Services Coordinator position at their McCook location. This is a part-time position that is responsible for the quality management for exhibitor orders.
Responsibilities:
- Provides exceptional customer service to all customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Performs transactions relating to exhibitor payments
- Assist with data entry
- Ensures successful production and delivery for all services
- Responds to customer inquires regarding products and services offered
- Requires 30 hours/week with flexibility to work varying hours as needed
About You:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
