Our client, a non-profit organization for Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary-to-hire HR Manager to support their office!
About You:
- 3+ years of HR experience; preferably in a leader or management role.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience with benefits administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required alongside MS Office, Google Suite, proficiency.
- Ability to work hybrid with 3 days on-site at the Washington, DC location.
The Job:
- Develop strategies and lead initiatives to grow the values-driven culture.
- Handle full cycle recruiting which includes interviewing, onboarding, orientation, and more.
- Identify areas of improvement for benefits programs and work alongside various program vendors. Manage open enrollment and compensation review processes.
- Manage company policy compliance and staff-specific learning and development resources.
- Complete additional special projects and tasks as needed.
