Our client is a dynamic food manufacturing company that is the market leader in a number of meat-based meal and snack categories. They are looking to fill the role of Senior or Executive Assistant. Located in Norwood MA, this is a temporary position with potential to become permanent. The pay for this role is $35-$46/hr, and if converted to permanent, will be $75-$100K with 7.5% yearly bonus. The hybrid schedule consists 8:30-5:00, 4 days in office and Friday's remote.

File Maestro: Keep our files and records shipshape, making sure everything is where it should be and following company policies.
Event Extraordinaire: Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, making sure everything goes off without a hitch.
Team Support: Help onboard new team members in Finance and Operations, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Financial Guru: Keep an eagle eye on expenses, tracking receipts and invoices with precision.
Communication Champ: Manage executive communication and correspondence like a pro.
Research Guru: Dive into research and data compilation, aiding in decision-making and strategic planning.
Confidentiality Guardian: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Education: A Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in project management or administrative roles.
Go-Getter: A proactive and assertive personality.
Communication Whiz: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Thrives Under Pressure: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling priorities and meeting deadlines.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet navigation.
