Our client, an international non-profit labor organization, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent HR Generalist to support their team in Washington, DC!
About You:
- 3+ years of HR related experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable exercising discretion with confidential information and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be 100% on-site.
The Job:
- Provide general administrative support to HR with regards to recruitment, offer letters, onboarding, and new employee orientations.
- Finalize highly confidential correspondence using discretion.
- Maintain calendars and manage scheduling of various training programs.
- Manages compliance trainings, posters, and records for various programs and all employees.
- General administration of human resources policies, procedures, and systems.
- Assist with projects/programs and complete additional tasks as needed.
This is a temporary-to-permanent position that pays $26/hr-$30/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $59K-$62K when made permanent. If you have previous human resource experience and are looking to develop your career at a reputable organization, apply today with your Microsoft Word resume!
