Our client, a hotel in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Front Office Concierge to support their team!
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in hotel operations, preferably at a luxury hotel.
- HS diploma is required; Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Products (especially Excel); must be tech savvy.
- Detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
- Bilingual or multi-lingual is a plus.
- Ability to work 100% on-site at the Washington, DC location; open to occasional work on Saturday (likely once a month).
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs and walk or stand for extended periods of time.
The Job:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and resolve any guest issues.
- Coordinate across departments to fulfill guest services.
- Handle guest correspondence, manage guest profiles, and respond to guest requests efficiently and promptly.
- Manage phone lines and answer questions about bookings and accommodations.
