Our client, an international architecture practice, is seeking a Lead Receptionist to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm and this role is in the office five days a week. Great opportunity to join a fantastic team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide an elevated hospitality experience for guests and ensure a successful visit
• Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage conference room booking
• Work closely with facilities team to coordinate cleaning and catering for conference room set up
• Attend to employee requests, enter guests into security system, and take ownership of front desk appearance
• Asist with events and special projects as requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ year of front desk experience in a professional/hospitality environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Customer service mindset and great client facing acumen
• Proactive and collaborative work style

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $60-70K base depending on experience + OT + bonus
