Beacon Hill Associates is assisting our client with their search for an HR Coordinator in the Atlanta, GA area. As an HR Coordinator you will be contributing to the recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as providing administrative support to the HR department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This is a contract to hire role, seeking someone who is passionate about helping build a talented workforce and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential candidates expressing interest in scheduling an Initial Conversation with company
  • Schedule prescreen interviews with HR and potential candidates.
  • Request new hire preferences and create a New Hire Details Memo to be provided to IT, Office Admin, and AB (Administrative/Business) teams.
  • Provide the Hiring Team with Predictive Index Baseline results to enhance the hiring process.
  • Update job descriptions, requisitions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and templates using the revised company logo.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to update all HR-related and new hire documents
  • Conduct audits of benefit invoices for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support any special reporting requests from the HR Manager or Director.
  • Assist in various onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Qualifications:

  • Previous exposure to HR processes and practices is a must. This includes a basic understanding of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
  • exposure to recruitment processes and the employee lifecycle, showcasing a broader HR understanding.
  • Prior office experience
  • Proactive scheduling and coordination experience
  • Ability to track tasks, projects, and schedules effectively, while also holding team members accountable for their commitments.
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A commitment to producing high-quality work, including using tools like Grammarly and spell checking to ensure error-free communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
