Our client, a global non-profit organization, is seeking an experienced Exhibits Specialist to manage exhibitor relations and convention planning for multiple events per year. This is a role perfect for an events specialist with exceptional communication, customer service, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the exhibit hall design and execution with the general contractor, digital event platforms, and other vendors as needed.
• Coordinate exhibitor communications, such as certificates of insurance (COI), booth variance request, and exhibitor registration
• Manage exhibitor registration process before and during the event
• Track all orders and invoices
• Maintain records for all vendor, exhibits, and exhibit logistical items
• Support sponsorship sales to fulfill sponsor benefits and activations
• Provide onsite floor management, customer service and review of booths
• Plan and supervise shipments to and from the convention, including customs documentation and clearance, and invoicing
• Serve as on-site liaison for the shipping vendor and as a liaison to the decorator/general services contractor
• Other duties as assigned

About You:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 4+ years of experience managing exhibit operations for conventions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other event management software
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multitask while prioritizing many responsibilities
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
