Our client, a startup brokerage firm, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30am-6pm (flex for OT) and this role is hybrid with Tuesday-Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remote. This is a dynamic opportunity for a marketing professional to create and execute a marketing strategy for an exciting pilot project!
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement multiple marketing initiatives across various platforms
- Leverage copywriting, graphic design, and video editing; oversee SEO and SEM optimization
- Measure, analyze, and report on marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Develop and maintain automation infrastructure
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; manage and prioritize budget
- Manage social media, mail marketing, and influencer marketing activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, advertising, or other related field
- 4+ years of marketing management experience; ability to lead and execute
- High proficiency in graphic design software and online marketing tools
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies for Baby Boomers
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $120K base depending on experience
