Our client, a successful law firm in Philadelphia, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented and have a strong drive to help in a fast-paced environment! This 2-month contract role offers an incredible opportunity to gain experience with a prominent firm and hone administrative skills.

About You:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 1+ years of administrative experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite and customer service skills required.
  • Detail oriented ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional telephone communication etiquette.

The Job:

  • Greet visitors, answer phones, manage conference room schedule, and assist staff with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Serve as main contact/coordinator for all on-site meetings.
  • Utilize the EMS conference room scheduling system and provide assistance as needed.
  • Work with in-house caterer regarding catering details and meeting set up; other hospitality duties as needed.
  • Process expense reports, file facilities maintenance requests and order office supplies.
  • Receive incoming mail and deliver to recipient, package outgoing mail using USPS/Fed-Ex/UPS guidelines.
  • Ensure that the office is always organized and running smoothly.
