We are searching for an experienced Billing Specialist to provide administrative support to this company by generating billing invoices, processing orders for billing, and conducting/organizing administrative activities including receiving and handling information.
Responsibilites:
- Prepare and manage invoicing, correspondence, reporting, and related. Documents.
- Act as a Liaison with internal and external contacts.
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
- Set up work procedures.
- Set up and maintain filing systems.
- Collate information.
- Maintain databases.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED Required.
- Minimum Two (2) Years Billing Experience is a must!
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and/or Ross ERP systems Preferred.
