Our client, an association management firm, is looking for a temporary Human Resource Coordinator to join their team in Washington, DC!
About You:
- 1+ years of administrative experience, 2+ years of HF experience required.
- aPHR Certification preferred.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent oral/written communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required, especially Excel. HRIS (ADP) experience preferred.
- Appreciation for the arts is a plus.
- Ability to work hybrid with 3 days onsite in their Washington, DC office.
The Job:
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling scheduling, inquiries, personnel information, etc.
- Support the hiring team with full-cycle recruitment, including onboarding and orientation.
- Coordinate various benefits administrations such as FMLA, Workers Compensation, and Open Enrollment.
- Maintain personnel files, conduct audits, coordinate compliance.
- Other tasks and special projects as assigned.
