A leading global energy company is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help their Real Estate Department with the acquisition and move-in of a new office space.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Legal Department on real estate documents including LOI's, leases, amendments, estoppels, etc.
• Maintain database systems and create reports
• Prepare purchase orders, review and approve invoices, OPEX reconciliations, and submit project costs to various stakeholders
• Review and receive monthly rent reconciliation and facilities work orders
• Work closely on budgets, various initiatives, and strategies for cost-savings,
• Work closely with the facilities team on special projects, reconfiguration of floor plans, space utilization/optimization, hoteling strategies, and other projects as assigned
• Manage the flow of project information between the team and the internal client
• Assist with coordination of designers, contractors and other team members to
• Assist with leadership of weekly project meetings with consultants and internal partners to ensure all projects are properly coordinated and communicated to all internal groups
• Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager of Real Estate

About You:

• 1+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
