Our client, a highly reputable University, is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to support their Dean and Associate Dean of Clinical Education This is a great opportunity for a bright administrative professional looking to become a strong asset to a well-established team!

About You:

  • 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience, preferable supporting an executive level
  • Associates and/or Bachelor's degree
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to think proactively
  • Curiosity and desire to learn new skills
  • Incredible written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Exhibit professionalism and strong customer service skills
  • Experience in clinical/educations organization(s) preferred

Day to Day:

  • Managing memos, letters, and invoices
  • Coordinating/planning catered small group meetings/events
  • Utilization of MS Office and Google Suite software
  • Heavy calendar management with coordination of internal and external meetings including conferences, events, and presentations
  • Management of various materials including daily reports, market data information, and research materials
  • Mail distributing based on critical decision making
  • Clear and consistent communication with Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Clinical Operations
  • Ability to assist with phone coverage and other gatekeeping duties

This offers an excellent opportunity with a distinguished University. This contract to hire position is paying up to $25.00 an hour when tempoary, and is on-site 5 days a week on the Elkins Park campus.
