Our client, a global insurance firm, is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the CFO in their NYC office. The hours are 8/9am-5/6pm (flex for OT) and this role is hybrid with 2-3 days in the office and the remainder remote (dependent upon Executive's schedule).
Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage the calendar, building in downtime for strategic reviews
- Build presentations, create analytics for the CFO to review, and prepare the CFO for meetings
- Track projects and report back on updates; ensure CFO is briefed on project timelines
- Assist with IR and acquisitions projects
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and develop itineraries
- Manage and direct CFO's seven direct reports; facilitate collaboration and cross functional efforts
Qualifications:
- Degree preferred
- 5-10+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff role and experience as an Executive Assistant
- Ability to exercise sound judgement, discretion, and confidentiality
- 24/7 mentality
- Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $175K base depending on experience + bonus
