Our client, a well-known museum, is seeking temporary Visitor Services support for the holidays for their Washington, DC team!
Responsibilities:
- Scan visitor electronic and hardcopy paper tickets.
- Comprehend and retain basic training on the use and care of the scanning equipment.
- Act as a museum representative and first contact for visitors.
- Quickly answer simple, common questions and know where to direct visitors for more information.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work inside and outside and stand for long periods of time.
- Availability during the holidays.
Position Information:
- 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
- Hours are 9:30am-5:00pm, shifts vary.
