Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking a Space Planner to facilitate the process, planning, and expansion of their NYC office. The hours are 9am-6pm (flex for OT) and this role is hybrid with three days in the office and two days remote (flex to come in five days as needed).
Responsibilities:
- Oversee space planning and ensure office standards are maintained
- Project manage operational improvements and expansions
- Preserve accurate data in space management software
- Develop spatial layouts and collaborate with Human Capital team on allocations, occupancy, and room usage
- Generate reporting and analyses on occupancy metrics and growth forecasts, coordinate building audits, and troubleshoot requests
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 7-10+ years of experience in space planning/facilities
- Knowledge of ADA requirements and building codes is required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $170K base depending on experience + bonus
