Our client, a successful commercial real estate firm, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Marketing Operations Specialist for their office in Richmond, VA!
Responsibilities:
- Act as leader of operations responsible for coordinating the overall leadership, management, and day-to-day office operations.
- Ensure effective marketing service, business promotions, and public relations through cross-departmental partnerships.
- Handle employment activities such as recruitments, on-boardings, orientations, trainings, and terminations.
- Work with leadership to create and manage annual budget.
- Oversee planning of fundraising events, identify new sources of funding, manage donor database.
- Maintain office supplies and facilitate/coordinate meetings.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's Degree is required for this role.
- 5+ years of administrative, operations, or other relevant experience required.
- 4+ years of management experience required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
- Understanding of HR terminology and procedures is preferred.
- Excellent communicator and analytical thinker.
Position Information:
- Up to $30/hr while temporary
- Up to $70K while permanent
- 100% on-site in Richmond, VA.
