Our client, an independent investment firm who focuses in the technology/media sector, is seeking a Client Relations Manager/Executive Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 8am-5pm/5:30pm (flex depending on CEO's schedule and for events) and this role is in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and personal support to the CEO while managing client meetings
- Work closely with Butler, Chef, and Housekeeper to coordinate logistics for business and personal meetings
- Greet guests, provide food and drink service, and help with IT
- Manage calendar, book travel, and process expenses for the CEO
- Partner with CEO's EA team for various initiatives
- Make restaurant reservations, purchase and send gifts, and communicate with network on behalf of CEO
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Personal Assistant or Client Services experience
- Entrepreneurial professional capable of operating in a fluid environment
- Strong client facing skills and ability to provide white glove service
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $150K base depending on experience + bonus
