Our client, a trade association, is seeking a temporary Part-time HR Specialist to support their dynamic office in Washington, DC!
Responsibilities:
- Manage full life cycle recruitment.
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions.
- Maintain the ATS system/records; input employee data, research/resolve problems, and coordinate system upgrades.
- Conduct references and background checks.
- Manage onboarding new employees.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HR and full lifecycle recruiting experience required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- ATS experience.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills.
Position Information:
- $25/hr-$27/hr, DOE.
- Part-time, 20-30hrs/week.
- Office in Washington, DC.
- Hybrid schedule!
- Temporary position lasting ~6 months.
