Our client, a prestigious medical nonprofit, is actively seeking a contract remote Client Services Associate to join their team! This person will serve as a solutions-oriented resource for product users experiencing any issues. A dedicated to helping others is a must!
About You:
- 3+ years of working in a high-touch white-glove customer service environment
- Expert interpersonal skills with the proven ability to adapt communication style when needed
- Strong organizational skill with an emphasis on details and accuracy
- A proven problem solver who can be patient, resourceful and empathetic
- Exemplifies professionality and reliability
- Tech-savvy with experience learning new systems and applications quickly
- Flexibility to work on call and as needed two weekends a month
The Job:
- Answer incoming calls, identify user issues and explain solutions
- Serve as a trusted resource for users by answering questions, researching creative solutions and performing consistent follow up
- Utilize appropriate template responses as needed via email
- Liaise across internal departments to gather insight and solutions
- Manage the escalate path and triage requests to the appropriate subject matter expert
- Create and main expert case documentation to share internally and manage sensitive information with discretion
This contracted position is expected to last for at least three months and is paying up to $29/hour depending on experience. This position is remote, although candidate must sit local to the Philadelphia, PA area as some onsite visit may be required.
