Responsibilities:

➢ Provide excellent administrative support and client service

➢ Provide back up support to all three investments teams for extended periods of time as business needs arise.

➢ Communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates to ensure continuity of work, and priority and completion of work, to ensure top notch, seamless support

➢ Screen and direct various communications, including answering and directing incoming calls, setting up conference calls, etc.

➢ Arrange international and domestic travel for analysts, completing frequent changes timely and accurately as needed

➢ Assist with calendar management, meeting arrangements, etc. for analysts

➢ Maintain various company databases, contacts, and filing systems

➢ Download, organize and distribute research from various websites and on-line research tools

➢ Document scanning, filing, and managing

➢ Process legal documents for signature

➢ Liaison between accounting and investment analysts for invoice processing.

➢ Prepare expense reports

➢ Draft various correspondences for analysts, as requested

➢ Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

➢ Undergraduate degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced administrative support role. Financial and/or real estate industry experience preferred, but not required.

➢ A reputation with previous employers for the highest integrity and outstanding performance

➢ Demonstrated ability to train, mentor and share expertise with team members

➢ Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility to work across multiple teams

➢ Willingness to take on changing administrative work based on the needs of the business

➢ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

➢ Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

➢ Excellent and clear communication skills, both written and oral; strong command of English grammar and syntax

➢ Ability to work independently while at the same time work effectively in a collaborative structure with personnel throughout every level of the company

➢ Proven track record of success working collaboratively within a large team strongly preferred

➢ Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, with the ability to multi-task and manage details

➢ Experience supporting teams of high-level investment and or real estate professionals is preferred, but not required

➢ Outstanding thoroughness, attention to detail, and accuracy in work product
