Our client, an international association for medical professionals, is looking for a Membership Specialist for a hybrid position. This role will be handling the day to day membership operations for the business. They are looking for someone organized with exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit new members and retain existing members
- Assist with recruitment campaign
- Provide high quality customer service to members
- Prepare reports, compile and process applications, and provide reports to senior management
- Other administrative duties as assigned
About You:
- Bachelors Degree required
- 1+ year of experience with membership operations preferred
- Good time management and organization skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with database management a plus
