Our client, a leader in the affordable housing industry, is looking for a Housing Specialist to act as the first point of contact in their downtown office. They are looking for an experienced and compassionate professional with excellent customer service etiquette and the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' eligibility and determining their housing and service needs
- Assisting clients with inquiries concerning their housing needs
- Investigate and resolve client and landlord issues
- Prepare and maintain daily logs, records, activity documentation, and reports
- Other administrative duties as assigned
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1+ years of experience working in administration of affordable housing or other relevant social service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Good communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
- Excellent organizational and case management skills
