Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a direct hire Customer Service Manager to join their team at their Exton headquarters! The ideal candidate is someone who has experience leading a team and implementing exceptional process and procedures to increase customer satisfaction.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working within the manufacturing industry is required
- 5+ years of professional customer service experience
- 3+ years of managerial experience in a customer service role required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve creatively and show flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead a team to provide continuous training, support, and direction
Day to Day:
- Oversee a team of customer service representatives and continue to train and develop a strong team rapport
- Design processes and procedures to improve the operations of the department
- Serve as a trusted advisor to President and other senior leaders on client issues, sales trends, and business strategies
- Work closely with the finance department on any customer account issues
- Track departmental results of quality and productivity
- Compile reports regarding sales performance and customer satisfaction, present information to senior leadership
- Lead by example and provide exemplary customer service to all accounts
This direct hire opportunity is paying a base salary of up to $100,000 annually depending on experience. This position will operate on a fully onsite schedule.
