Our client, a fundamental equities business, is seeking a Research Assistant to support two Portfolio Managers and their teams in Miami, FL. The hours are 8am-6pm and this role is in the office five days a week. This is a great chance to join a growing office with lots of opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate high volume of internal and external meetings
- Develop relationships with broker sales teams and Investor Relations to effectively plan meetings/calls
- Manage calendars proactively screening for conflicts
- Log corporate access and broker interactions in database
- Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Process expense reports for team and participate in weekly team meetings
- Provide EA support and assist with occasional personal requests from portfolio manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3.0 minimum GPA requirement
- 1-10+ years of administrative assistant experience supporting a team in a rigorous industry
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100-130K base depending on experience + OT + Bonus
