Our client, a well-known health association, is seeking a temporary to permanent Scheduler with Capitol Hill experience to join their Washington, DC team!
Responsibilities:
- Support three executives with calendar coordination and management.
- Meeting and appointment scheduling.
- Meet with key players across companies and Capitol Hill to coordinate calendars.
- Prepare presentations and meeting agendas.
- Handle decision follow-up, information management, and travel logistics.
- Special projects and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Must have Capitol Hill experience to be considered.
- High level of professionalism, especially while working with high-level government officials.
- Self-starter able to anticipate needs and work independently.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills with flexibility and strong judgement.
- Utilize Capitol Hill experience to effectively communicate across position levels.
Compensation/Benefits:
- $36/hr-$40/hr, while temporary
- Up to $90K when permanent, DOE
- Hybrid Schedule, 3 days onsite in Washington, DC.
