Our client, a financial services company, is looking for an Events Specialist to support the Sponsorship Events team. They are looking for a confident professional with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning and event execution
- Lead planning calls with stakeholders and internal teams
- Resolve issues with vendors and venues as needed
- Develop invitations, signage, registration sites, etc.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
About You:
- 5+ years of events experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
