Investment firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Part-Time Facilities Associate Temp to support team. This position will start mid November through end of February 2024 with potential to extend. In office Tuesday through Thursday, 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various maintenance activities, cleaning spills, refilling supplies (snacks and beverages)
- Assist with conference room set up and breakdown
- Handle catering
- Freight deliveries - runner to and from messenger center
- Work closley with Facilities Manager
Qualifications:
- 2+ years related experience in a corporate setting
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism
Compensation:
- $24 - 27 pay rate
