Our client, a reputable investment firm, is seeking a contract Office Services Coordinator to join their busy office in Ft. Washington! The ideal candidate is an expert multi-tasker with dynamic interpersonal skills- and a genuine desire to help!

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in an office setting
  • Hospitality/customer service background preferred
  • Valid driver's license is required for minimal travel between offices
  • Proactive work ethic approach and drive to solve problems
  • Unwavering organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and time management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Day to Day:

  • Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing daily facilities operations pertaining to all areas of the business
  • Work in online ticketing system to manage workflow of incoming facilities requests, review and distribute accordingly
  • Organize and manage general office supplies and pantry inventories
  • Assist with meeting room set up and break down
  • Work closely with associated office vendors and serve as a dedicated point of contact for each
  • Perform general clean up tasks and ensure office is clean and professional

This contract role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is a dedicated worker and is eager to utilize their skills in a high polished corporate office. This assignment is expected to last for 13 months and is paying up to $20/hour depending on experience.
