Our client, a medical focused non-profit, seeks a long-term temporary Project Coordinator for their Washington, DC office!
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, weekly status reports, deliverables, schedules, etc.
- Assist with creation of project engagements for the full project life cycle.
- Monitor project costs throughout lifecycle and handle invoicing and billings.
- Collaborate with various teams including internal partners, vendors, and technical teams.
- Manage the project timeline, progress, and monitor milestones against scope.
- Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 4+ years of related project experience is required.
- Strong oral communication skills and excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Position Information:
- $30/hr-$34/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary position lasting 1 year.
- Hybrid schedule
- Washington, DC office.
