Our client, an innovative international technology firm, is looking for an HR Specialist to assist the Employee Services department. They are looking for a highly organized professional with exceptional time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for all employee questions and concerns
- Provide HR advice to support employees
- Work closely with Payroll and Benefits to ensure that advice is given with proper labor and employment laws in mind
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
About You:
- +3 years of experience working in HR
- Experience with Workday required
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
