Our client, a leading corporate and investment bank, is seeking a Temp to Perm Roadshow Coordinator to support a group in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm/6pm (flex for OT as needed) and this role is hybrid with Thursday-Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remote.
Responsibilities:
- Support a busy team with administrative tasks
- Oversee and execute roadshow logistics
- Book international and domestic travel including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Prepare daily itineraries, research investor profiles, and create meeting plans
- Coordinate Zoom webinars, maintain internal corporate access system, and document investor feedback
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of administrative experience, preferably out of financial services
- Confident and organized professional adept at balancing completing priorities
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100K base depending on experience + bonus
