College endowment office located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temp to Perm Executive Assistant to support the Chief Investment Officer and investment team. This position will start ASAP, Monday - Friday, hybrid schedule with three days onsite. Hours 8/8:30am-5/5:30pm, availability for OT as needed. The temp duration is approximately four months prior to conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting scheduling and calendar management for investment team 30%
- Miscellaneous operations - managing invoices, data entry, reporting, folder management 30%
- Travel arrangements 20%
- Investment office inbox management (managing inbounds and manager communications) 10%
- Helping with editing slides for presentations, expenses, ordering supplies/handling office upkeep 5%
Qualifications:
- 2+ years administrative experience in a corporate environment, finance experience a plus
- BA/BS required
- High attention to detail, strong writing skills, tech savvy, self-directed and can work independently
Compensation/Benefits:
- DOE 90K - 100K perm base, temp rate in line
