Our client, a fast-growing property management firm, is seeking a temporary Recruiter to support their Washington, DC team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with filling vacancies, maintain vacancy tracking logs, and post openings.
- Recruit and screen candidates.
- Support onboarding; assist with completing new hire and employment paperwork.
- Create and maintain a monthly recruitment calendar.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience is required.
- Real-estate support experience is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Products; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMs).
- Detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Position Information:
- Up to $28/hr
- Potential to convert to a permanent role.
- Salary of up to $72K if made permanent.
- 100% on-site in the Washington, DC office.
