Our client, a successful commercial real estate firm, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Graphics and Administrative Coordinator for their office in Richmond, VA!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating meetings for brokers and client lease agreements.
- Assisting with broker commissions and RFPs for prospective clients.
- Coordinate advertising schedules and placements.
- Ensure company branding by producing templated marketing materials.
- Review packages to ensure customization and consistency.
- Assist with updating graphics for client meetings, presentations, and layouts for buildings.
- Other relevant administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of marketing or graphics support experience.
- 3+ years of administrative support experience.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office; Especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Excel.
- Excellent problem solving, decision-making, organizational, and customer service skills.
Position Information:
- $23/hr-$25/hr while temporary
- $53K-$55K while permanent
- Temporary to permanent position
- On-site in Richmond, VA.
