Our client, an international real estate company, is looking to add to a Tenant Service Representative to their property management team. This property is a Class A building located in the Chicago Loop.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the property management team
- Assist with the management and preparation of files for office audits
- Track business and insurance certificates
- Create and distribute monthly newsletter to tenants
- Process monthly rent statements, obtain W-9 forms from all vendors, maintain and track office supplies/equipment
- General scanning, filing, and digitizing of documents
Experience & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years of experience in an office setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Must have advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and able to mange multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure
