Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking an Office Manager to join their NYC team. The hours are 7:30am-5:30pm (need flexibility) and this role is in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Asses current systems/processes and improve them, maintaining an orderly and functional office
- Source vendors and maintain relationships
- Coordinate desk moves and house a seating chart
- Manage two Receptionists and two members of the facilities team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of experience in financial services
- Outgoing team player
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $165K base depending on experience + bonus
- 100% company paid medical benefits
