Our client, a non-profit association, is seeking a temporary to hire Membership Manager to join their busy office in Arlington!
Responsibilities:
- Provides a high-level of customer service and builds strong relationships with members.
- Manage the membership suite and maintain online directory.
- Support events through speaker selection, liaising with staff, and coordinating logistics.
- Handle basic finances such as processing invoices and monthly financial reports.
- Manage the association's social media, website, and conference app.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 5+ years of experience in membership or client relations.
- MS Suite, IMis, and CiviCRM proficiency required.
- WordPress, and SmartSheet experience highly preferred.
- Experience with communication and decision making is required.
- Strong detail orientation, time management, and organizational skills are required.
Position Information:
- Up to $32/hr while temporary
- Up to $70K when permanent
- Temporary to permanent position
- Hybrid availability!
- Office located in Washington, DC.
